Everyday the need to focus of low and zero carbon fuels becomes more important, and so does our workload in this sector. Allswater has been working closely with a series of partners on the development of projects related to electrification and decarbonization of the marine sector. Our work includes the design and retrofitting of vessel of all sizes ranging from lobster vessels to ocean going ships.

Using our state-of-the-art LiDAR 3D scanning equipment, we can collect as built data and geometry with a high-density 3D point cloud containing millions of points with accuracy within a few millimetres. This survey work is usually completed by our design team – with them knowing which data and areas are most important.

Underway services, a joint entity between Allswater and Horizon Maritime, focusses on leveraging best in class products and services in remote support, employee health monitoring, maintenance automation, and emissions reporting, specifically for remote marine applications. Our goal is to improve overall efficiency of crew and processes offshore, to reduce time on the water or downtime for the vessel.
